American Red Cross Blood Drive
Kompass Kapital will hold its next quarterly Blood Drive on September 26 from 11 AM – 4 PM in the 9800 1st Floor Training Room.
Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those battling cancer. In fact, every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Your blood donation can help save lives!

Putt-Putt & Cups Happy Hour
Games, Food, & Prizes
Join us in the KKM Pavilion for Putt-Putt & Cups Happy Hour on September 29 from 3:30 – 5:30 PM. We’ll have delicious snacks, ice-cold beverages and yard games to tee off the weekend fun. Prizes will be awarded to the game winners and points will go toward OpCos for the KKM Olympics challenge.
The best part of the event? Supporting our special guest, PawsAbilities – a local vendor founded by Inclusion Connections to create jobs for young adults with disabilities. They will have dog treats, toys and bandanas for purchase at happy hour. Bring your wallet to support a great cause!

Building Reminders for 9800 Associates
Gym
If you’re interested in using the gym, you must complete a waiver to access the area. Once you sign and return it to Operations, you will gain access to the gym via your key fob. Please contact Jarell Fulks and Cindy Pritchett to request a waiver.
Pavilion Conference Rooms
The Pavilion conference rooms are available to book! The three rooms – Kaufman, Liberty, and Nelson – accommodate around 12-14 people. Please use Freshdesk to submit a request for a room. Reach out to Jarell Fulks at jfulks@kompasskapital.com if you have questions.
Koi Pond
The final Pavilion piece is almost complete! The Koi Pond project is due to wrap up in September. Visit our new fish friends in the Koi Pond during lunch or an afternoon clarity break in the beautiful weather.

These honorees, chosen by a panel of four judges, have weathered a year or more of economic challenge, supply constraints and elevated inflation while not only keeping business afloat, but helping it grow and thrive. Kompass Funding's Will Downey
We would like to recognize our operations analyst, Will Downey, for his exceptional attention to detail and commitment to making our team better. Will brings a unique and analytical perspective to each meeting and conversation, while also being a fun fact/trivia master. He’s also quite known for his “one liners” and making sure everyone has a laugh (albeit at his own demise at times). Will’s daily tasks truly keep the lights on and helps KKF operate as efficiently as possible. We’re grateful for all he does, and his hard work and dedication do not go unappreciated!
New Client Go Live:
The TMS division has been working hard over the last few months to onboard our new client, OrganicGirl. $35M spend and 15k+ truck load shipments annually. It was an intense process as they needed us to move quickly with the project. They have been live for a month now and we’re starting to really get in the groove! Congratulations to the OrganicGirl team!
