Dynamic Logistix Ranks 158 on Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Companies in the Midwest
By delivering a technology solution to middle-market freight shippers, DLX increased revenue from $300,000 to $250 million in five years
On Feb. 28, Dynamic Logistix (DLX) announced making Inc. Magazine’s prestigious Regionals 2023: Midwest list for the fifth year in a row.
Born out of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Midwest economy’s most dynamic segment – its independent small businesses. It ranks the private companies by their average two-year growth rate. DLX came in at No. 158 with a 91% growth rate.
By delivering a technology solution to middle-market freight shippers, DLX increased revenue from $300,000 to $250 million in five years, with an annual growth rate as high as 3,840%. This client and revenue growth created positions for 25 new employees in 2021 and 43 in 2022, who work in operations, account management, customer service, carrier service, finance, quality control, sales and transit management.
“What an honor for Inc. magazine to recognize DLX for the fifth time as one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing companies,” said Jeff Auslander, CEO of DLX. “It’s a testament to the character of our people that truly care about applying world-class technology to transportation logistics and delivering it to our clients through exceptional service.”

Car Safety Forms due by March 31
The form’s purpose is to help with parking issues or security risks that may arise.
You could also win four Royals suite tickets!
The Kompass Kapital Operations department works closely with Titan Security to help manage safety protocols for the 9800 Building. If you’re unaware, Titan Security are the friendly faces that greet us every morning as we enter the building – checking badges and supervising visitors.
In collaboration with their team, we will be sending a mandatory Vehicle Information Form for all 9800 associates. The form’s purpose is to help with parking issues or security risks that may arise. You will need to fill out basic car information such as make, model, color, and license plate in addition to the company employing you (e.g., Kompass Kaptial, NavMD, Moonshot, etc.).
You will receive the mandatory Vehicle Information Form next week, please complete the form by March 31. Those who complete the information sheet by the end of March will be entered into a drawing for 4 Royals suite tickets. The winner will have dates to choose from.
Pavilion Update
The 9800 Pavillion is on track to open by Spring 2023! You will receive official opening dates and more information about the outdoor area over the next couple of months. If you have any questions, reach out to Cindy Pritchett or Jarell Fulks at Kompass Kapital.
IT
FreshService Ticketing System Coming Soon
IT is working closely with each department to ensure the system is simple and intuitive while capturing enough information to service requests.
Kompass Kapital’s IT Department is working closely with Moonshot to deliver a new ticketing system to handle requests for knowledge-based-system (KBS) services! The goal is to streamline requests for faster response, better communication, and shorter service delivery times. For this first phase, IT is looking to provide this service for Operations, HR, and Marketing requests. We will look at the feasibility of other KBS services in the future.
What to expect in changes: Most operating companies currently use a web portal to submit technology tickets with Moonshot and KKM is looking to use the same platform for KBS. This means it will be very familiar with little to no learning curve. IT is working closely with each department to ensure the system is simple and intuitive while capturing enough information to service requests.
These departments will continue to correspond by email and phone as needed, but the service portal will keep everything centralized and give everyone the visibility needed to make sure departments are delivering on requests.
As IT continues through the build of the new portal, they will continue to share their progress. Right now, IT is looking to have a “soft release” of it sometime in April when everyone will all have a chance to see the system and provide feedback.
