DLX Ranks No. 74 on Inc. Magazine’s List of the Midwest Region’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies
Inc. magazine today revealed that Dynamic Logistix (DLX) – a third-party provider of shipping technology and freight solutions – is No. 74 on its fourth annual Inc. 5000 Regionals: Midwest list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing Midwest private companies.
The list includes Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, and represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Midwest economy’s most dynamic segment–its independent small businesses.

Kompass Kapital Acquires Controlling Stake in LightSpeed Fibre Holdings Group
The LightSpeed Group is delighted to announce a significant milestone in it’s growth journey.
Following a period of restructuring, one of LightSpeed’s existing shareholders, Kompass Kapital, who first invested in the company in February 2021, has acquired 100% of the share capital from the Atmosclear Investments Group giving them an overall controlling stake in the business.
As part of this transaction Kompass Kapital has also committed new capital to the business, which will be utilized to develop & expand the company’s high speed fibre network while also enhancing the company’s internet service provider (ISP) platform.
