The Perennial Infrastructure Fund I targets both greenfield and brownfield water infrastructure projects across high-growth regions in the United States. Population migration has highlighted the urgency to modernize an aging and underinvested sector. PERENfra has committed over 35% of the Fund’s capital across a diversified portfolio that is currently advancing a sole-sourced actionable pipeline. The Fund’s long-term contracted revenues position all assets for future growth and expansion.
