Kompass Kapital Management is proud to announce that Founders Home Service Group has acquired Copeland and Son, a leading provider of HVAC and plumbing services in the greater Nashville area. This marks the second acquisition for Founders Home Service Group, following the successful integration of Knoxville-based Pipe Wrench.
As part of the purchase and with the addition of the plumbing and electrical service lines to the entire Middle Tennessee area, Copeland & Son Services has been rebranded to Copeland Home Services and includes an updated logo and website refresh.
This acquisition strengthens Founders Home Service Group’s growing platform in the residential services industry and looks to consolidate and support high-quality, customer-focused businesses in the sector. Copeland’s established reputation and acclaimed level of service – paired with Founders’ resources and strategic vision – will enhance service offerings, expand market presence, and promote growth opportunities within the Nashville area.
