DIRECTOR OF INVESTMENTS

Kyle Berger is the Director of Investments at Kompass Kapital. After earning his finance degree at the University of Arkansas, he began his career in buy-side mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. In previous positions, Kyle worked in a wide range of operational and entrepreneurial experiences, overseeing multiple operating companies and venture initiatives at the McMillon Innovation Studio. Kyle received his MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and served on the student advisory board, earning the title of class marshal. Kyle utilizes his experiences to drive investment decisions while playing key roles in sourcing, underwriting, and operating. He currently lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and English Bulldog where he oversees the Dallas office for Kompass.
