FINANCE LEAD

Kat Cheek is a Finance Lead, focusing on companies under the Kompass Kapital umbrella that operate in Colorado. Kat graduated from UMKC and went on to pass the CPA exams shortly after. Prior to joining KKM, her career in the accounting field included financial services and retail industries, with focuses on financial reporting, multi-jurisdiction sales tax compliance, cash forecasting, and capital expenditures.  Kat lives in Prairie Village, KS with her two daughters and enjoys reading, being outdoors, and traveling in her spare time.
