John McCreight is the Senior Vice President of Finance for Kompass Kapital. As a licensed CPA, he brings over 35 years of expertise in the finance and accounting fields. John’s background includes Big 4 public accounting, senior finance and accounting management positions with a Fortune 50 company. He was also COO of a manufacturing operation and played an integral role in its operational success and ultimate sale to a Fortune 300 industrial conglomerate. At KKM, John heads the financial management of Kompass Kapital’s portfolio of investment assets. John is a graduate of Kansas State University and resides in Leawood, Kansas with his wife Karen of 34 years. They have two adult sons that also live in Kansas City.
