DIRECTOR OF IT

Joe Leigh is the Director of IT for Kompass Kapital Management. He oversees IT strategy for KKM and their operating companies by providing guidance and consultation on applications in addition to reviewing system documentation, feasibility, design, testing, and implementation. Joe brings over 20 years of diverse knowledge to the table, with a background in client relations consulting, contract growth, project management, and technology governance.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1997, then went back to school in 2006 to earn his Executive MBA at Benedictine College. Joe and his wife live in Olathe, KS and have two daughters in high school.
