EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Elvia Ortiz serves as the Executive Assistant to Kompass Kapital’s Managing Partners, Courtney Conrad and Alok Srivastava. She provides support to the Kompass leadership team in meeting and event planning, project management, and strategic planning. Elvia graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has a background in finance, business development, and project management. Outside of work, Elvia and her husband, Brian, live in Mission with their cat, Bubby. They enjoy spending time outdoors and participating in community events with friends and family.
