CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER

Don Schmidt is Chief Creative Officer for Kompass Kapital Management, focused on providing marketing services for all of the KKM portfolio companies. Before coming on board with KKM, Don spent nearly 30 years as a partner at two marketing firms in Kansas City, working with clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 100 companies, as well as several major league sport organizations within the NHL and MLB. Don resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife of 18 years and their daughter, and occasionally picks up a guitar and makes loud noises.
