CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL

Courtney Conrad serves as Chief Legal Counsel of Kompass Kapital Management. In this role, she oversees the legal, compliance, risk management and corporate governance functions of Kompass Kapital Management and the portfolio companies. Ms. Conrad brings with her nearly 20 years of legal experience, most recently, as a partner at Lathrop GPM, LLP. Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas and her juris doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Courtney resides in Overland Park, Kansas and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs.
