Courtney Conrad is Managing Partner and CEO at Kompass Kapital, where she leads the firm’s overall strategic direction, governance and risk management. With nearly 20 years of legal experience – including most recently as partner at Lathrop GPM, LLP – she brings a disciplined, values-driven approach to building long-term partnerships and stewarding capital with purpose. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas and a juris doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She resides in Overland Park where she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs.
