Courtney Conrad is Managing Partner, Chief Legal Counsel at Kompass Kapital. She oversees the firm’s governance, risk management and strategic initiatives. Ms. Conrad brings with her nearly 20 years of legal experience, most recently, as a partner at Lathrop GPM, LLP. Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas and her juris doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Courtney resides in Overland Park, Kansas and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs.
