DIRECTOR OF INVESTMENTS

As Director of Investments at Kompass Kapital, Connor focuses on sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities and overseeing the performance of the firm’s existing portfolio. He previously served as Finance Lead, where he provided accounting and financial support to Kompass’ portfolio companies. Prior to joining Kompass, Connor worked at Ernst & Young, auditing both private and public companies. He earned his undergraduate degree and a Master of Accounting from the University of Kansas and is a licensed CPA. Outside of work, Connor enjoys staying active, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
