INVESTMENT ANALYST

Connor Heying is an Investment Analyst with Kompass Kapital Management. His primary focus includes reviewing and underwriting investment opportunities, as well as monitoring current investments. Prior to joining the Investments team, he was a Finance Lead at KKM, providing accounting and finance support to portfolio companies. Connor also worked at Ernst & Young in the assurance services division before joining KKM. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Kansas and is an actively licensed CPA. In his free time, Connor enjoys staying active, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
