DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS SERVICES

Cindy Pritchett is the Director of Operation Services at Kompass Kapital. A loyal employee of the Kompass Enterprises since 1994, Cindy’s role has evolved exponentially over the past 20 years – beginning as a client-focused customer service representative to now managing multiple operational responsibilities for KKM and all operating companies including corporate purchasing, building management, both client and renter lease negotiations, and construction logistics. In her free time, Cindy’s passion is being a mother and a grandmother; she enjoys any road trip adventure that includes a body of water; hearing her grandchildren’s laughter; and exploring new destinations.
