Chris Brink is the President of the Kompass Family Office. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing, strategic growth, and organizational leadership. Chris focuses on driving operational excellence, market expansion, and long-term business transformation. He played a key role in navigating Favorite Healthcare through the COVID-19 pandemic, leading the company’s growth into a top player in the U.S. healthcare staffing industry. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. He lives in Olathe Kansas and his family includes his wife Mille and seven children.  Outside of work, he runs half marathons.
