Brittany Branch is the Vice President of Operations at Kompass Kapital Management, where she oversees enterprise operations and aligns day-to-day execution with the company’s strategic goals. She supports office management, internal communications, key governance functions, and the company’s philanthropic efforts across the organization.

Brittany also leads the company’s EOS initiatives, helping to foster a connected, collaborative, and high-performing workplace. In her personal time, Brittany enjoys traveling, summer days at the lake, and staying active with her son.
