DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Bailey Warlen is the Marketing Director at Kompass Kapital, where she leads brand, marketing, and communications across the firm and affiliated networks. Her passion lies in bringing a brand’s story to life—connecting strategy, relationships, and execution to build authentic, values-driven engagement.

In her role, Bailey develops and executes integrated marketing plans, manages brand and public communications and supports business development initiatives. She serves as a strategic marketing partner across platforms and audiences, ensuring consistent messaging, scalable marketing operations, and meaningful connection with investors, employees, and the broader community. Prior to joining Kompass, Bailey built and led brand and growth initiatives within highly regulated, service-driven organizations, including healthcare revenue cycle management and emergency response staffing.

Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking new recipes, spending time with her family and golden retriever, Daisy, and golfing anytime it’s 50 degrees or warmer.
