Bailey Warlen is the Director of Marketing at Kompass Kapital Management. Her greatest passion is bringing a brand’s story to life. Bailey leads the marketing team by developing strategies to drive brand awareness; building relationships with portfolio company executive leaders and third-party vendors; managing marketing campaigns and channel partnerships, and motivating team members to produce their best work.

She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia. In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family; cooking up delicious recipes in the kitchen; and golfing any time it’s 50 degrees or warmer.
