BENEFITS LEAD

Aubrey Linn is the Benefits Lead for Kompass Kapital Management. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Fort Hays State University and brings over 10 years of Human Resources experience to the team. Aubrey has a passion for connecting with employees and ensuring they have what they need to succeed. At KKM, she is the point of contact for the company’s employee benefits, retirement, and rewards programs. She currently resides in Olathe with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
