Ashton Fink is the Director of Human Resources at Kompass Kapital. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Her background includes over 10 years of experience in payroll, compliance, and HR operations. At Kompass Kapital, Ashton oversees HR policies and programs that support organizational growth and a positive employee experience. Outside of work, Ashton enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three dogs.
