PAYROLL LEAD

Ashton Fink is the Payroll Lead for Kompass Kapital Management. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas and a Master’s Degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Prior to joining the KKM team in 2020, Ashton worked for 6 years as a Payroll Specialist within the healthcare industry. At Kompass Kapital, Ashton is the point of contact for all payroll systems-related issues and intricacies of operating companies. She’s passionate about connecting integrations and bridging the gaps between the payroll enterprise system and related modules. In her spare time, Ashton enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her husband and their three dogs.
