CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Alok Srivastava is our Chief Operating Officer at Kompass Kapital Management. In his role, he leads the marketing, operations, people services and systems departments, while also managing Kompass Kapital Management’s shared service operations to its portfolio companies. Mr. Srivastava has over 20 years of experience, which includes being COO and General Counsel of an award-winning Sports Media company as well as an executive-level attorney at a Fortune 50 company. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Juris Doctorate and MBA from the University of Kansas. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Community America Credit Union. Alok resides in Leawood, Kansas with his wife and their two boys.
