ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL

Ross DeLong serves as Associate General Counsel in the Legal Department of Kompass Kapital Management. Ross assists the Chief Legal Counsel with overseeing the legal, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance functions of Kompass Kapital Management and the portfolio companies. Ross brings to Kompass Kapital Management his experience working as an associate with an Am Law 100 law firm in Kansas City. Ross earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Missouri and his juris doctorate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Ross resides in Merriam, Kansas with his wife and their labrador mix and enjoys trail running, cycling, and playing tennis and golf with family and friends.
