ASSOCIATE LEGAL COUNSEL

Katharine Ross serves as Associate Legal Counsel for Kompass Kapital Management. In her role, Katharine assists the Legal Department with mergers and acquisitions, contract review, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Katharine double majored in political science and psychology from the University of Missouri before earning a Juris Doctorate at her alma mater’s School of Law. During her undergrad, Katharine competed on their swimming and diving team, winning an SEC title and honors as Female Athlete of the Year for Mizzou athletics. Katharine continues to stay active through swimming and yoga, but also enjoys a great book or podcast in her free time.
